Gender Ideology and the Biblical Warning

            Today, our society is submerged in an unprecedented state of extreme value-based chaos. At the center of this confusion lies a massive ideological wave known as "gender ideology." This movement, which denies biological sex and elevates subjective "gender" to the status of truth, ostensibly advocates for human rights and diversity. However, beneath the surface lies a deep-rooted humanistic arrogance that excludes God the Creator and attempts to seat man upon His throne.

            The starting point of this ideological degradation is clear. It stems from the excision of faith in God from all areas of life and the encroachment of a materialistic worldview that recognizes only human reason and physical existence. Having lost the absolute standard of the Creator, human beings have fallen into the delusion that they can define even their own bodies and sexes. This is a persistent rebellion of man against God that has been repeated since the days of old (BC), a modern-day reenactment of the tragedy of the Tower of Babel. As the Scriptures have long warned: "Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them (Romans 1:32)."

            God clearly declared through the Scriptures: "So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them (Genesis 1:27)." This distinct created order is the most steadfast and beautiful foundation sustaining human society. However, gender ideology imprisons this clear truth within the framework of "stereotypes" and prioritizes individual, fluid emotions and desires above it. The bizarre logic that a biological male with a prostate should be treated as a female by society simply because he identifies as one ultimately destroys objective reality and pushes society into an irreversible quagmire of confusion.

            The process by which this ideology becomes entrenched is both meticulous and threatening. It bewilders the public by mobilizing complex and abstruse academic terminology and stifles dissenting voices by labeling them as "discrimination" or "hatred." These fragmented definitions, which have taken the place where God was excluded, are preying upon the souls of our next generation, rendering them spiritually blind and unable to discern right from wrong. The Scriptures record: "In those days there was no king in Israel: every man did that which was right in his own eyes (Judges 21:25)." Where the absolute standard of God's Word disappears, only the volatile emotions of man remain, serving as the fundamental cause of the social conflicts we witness today.

            We must now make a fundamental decision to stop this chaos. The only solution is to repent of human pride and return to the original form of creation established by God. We must strip away the illusions of humanism and confess once more that the Master of our lives is God the Creator, not man. Even if the subtle philosophies of the world disguise themselves as truth, we must never forget that only the Word of God—which commands us, "And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God (Romans 12:2)"—is the only lamp that can rescue us from this spiritual confusion.

            Against this ideological challenge that dismantles the foundation of the family and mocks God's providence in creation, the church and its believers must proclaim the truths of the Bible even more powerfully. When we resolutely reject the false definitions thrown by a confused world and restore the holy order of male and female granted by God, our society will finally find true peace and rest. The Tower of Babel built upon the sandcastle of gender ideology will eventually crumble. Only when we stand upon the eternally unchanging Word of Jehovah can we finally enjoy true freedom.
